Jeanette Airen is an exceptional teacher of vocal technique and performance skills. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with an emphasis in Musical Theater from California Lutheran University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Music from Los Angeles Pierce College. In addition to her degrees, she has also completed a summer vocal program at Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, CA and several acting courses at Beverly Hills Studios.
is currently employed with the Oak Park Unified School District as the Music Specialist at Red Oak Elementary School and with the Conejo Valley Unified School District as the Music Specialist at Westlake Elementary School where she teaches students from Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade. She also teaches the after-school chorus programs at EARTHS Magnet School where she directs the Kinder Chorus, Junior Chorus and Senior Chorus as well as directs the Spring Musical.
As a singer/songwriter she has performed as a featured artist at renowned venues such as the Anaheim Convention Center, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, as well as, The House of Blues, King King and Club Spice in Hollywood. She has also shared the stage with well-known performers such as Dick Van Dyke, H-Town and Grammy Award winner, Hila Plitmann. She has even appeared on VH1's Save the Music concert. Jeanette's songwriting craft has been nurtured by producers Todd Cochran and Bill Brendle. As a result, her song “Better Man” reached Top 5 status on Live365's OnExclusive Live internet radio station.
Her versatility, talent, knowledge, and experience has helped her become an excellent teacher. She teaches all styles of
music and she introduces her students to musicianship, music theory,
performance techniques, vocal technique, developing a unique style and making
each song their own. She also teaches beginning piano, her own acting techniques for "truthful acting" and Alexander technique.
Caroline Esposito was born and raised in New York. She has always had a love for Musical Theater. Growing up she was a member of her church and school choirs and heavily involved in local theater productions. She majored in Musical Theater at Queens College and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. Caroline was also a professional recording artist as a member of the 3 girl group “The Cover Girls”. The group recorded 3 albums and 1 Greatest Hits album on Epic and Capitol Records. During those years, she toured the United States, as well as Holland, Germany, Dominican Republic, and Japan.
Caroline has been directing Youth Choirs for the last 20 years, as well as Music Directing multiple Community Theater productions. After relocating to the West Coast in 1992, she began working with children choirs at St. Thomas More in Henderson, Nevada where she started and directed the children’s choir for 5 years. Moving further west, she came to St. Paschal Baylon Church in Thousand Oaks, CA and has been the church Children’s Choir Director there for the last 16 years. She worked as the Music Specialist at Aspen Elementary for 2 years, and as the Liturgical Choir Director at Chaminade College Prep H.S. for 6 years, and is currently a Music Specialist at Westlake Elementary. In addition, her Choirs have performed at many community events, and various fundraisers/charitable events.
During the summer months, Caroline also serves as the Music Director for the Children and Teen Summer Musical Theater Camps at the Actor’s Repertory Theater of Simi for the last 8 years. She enjoys working with children and teens and feels blessed to have the opportunity to share the magic of theater! She enjoys being a part of the SuperStarz After-School Enrichment program and looks forward to watching the children shine on stage!!
Natalie has studied ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical since the age
of 3. Natalie is a proud member of SAG/AFTRA and can be seen on many
national television commercials. She has also been a member of her
Church Choir since the age of 4. Favorite performances include "Marta"
in The Sound of Music (CMT), "Kate" in Annie w/ Sally Struthers (CMT),
"Helen Keller" in The Miracle Worker (ARTS), as well as various roles
in many other productions. Natalie would like to thank her family for
their never ending love and support, her agents at Abrams Artists, and Jeanette Airen Performing Arts Studio for allowing Natalie to help with such a

Melissa had always had a love for the arts and she is very excited to share it with the students at Jeanette Airen Performing Arts Studio. She sang in choir in middle school and high school and went on to perform with bands when she was older. She has performed in many of the Jeanette Airen Performing Arts Studios' showcases and now she is happy to help create performances and guide the kids to perform with confidence.
